THE BUILD BETTER WEEKLY REFLECTION Version 1 · revised 2026 Five questions I ask myself at the end of every week. Ungated. Fold this in half and keep it near the calendar. — Shána M. Winbush 1. What did I notice this week that I didn't have a name for yet? (A person, a pattern, a room. Write down the smallest specific thing.) 2. Who did I under-see? (Someone who did the work and did not say they did it. Name them out loud, on paper, before Friday.) 3. Where did I over-perform and under-arrive? (A meeting I showed up to well and left without saying the sentence I would be sorry not to have said.) 4. What am I carrying that no one has asked about? (Not to solve. Just to acknowledge. This is what "the second joke" was really about.) 5. What is the one small move I can make before next Friday? (Not a framework. Not a plan. One sentence. Small enough to actually do.) ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── If you'd like the next revision when I make one, write to me: hello@shanawinbush.com Take your time. — S.
